The Contract Manager is accountable for the delivery of asset management, maintenance and facilities management services to eight schools and a car park with the greater Perth region.
What you'll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Leads the effective and safe delivery of a range of services and ensures compliance with contractual obligations in accordance with contractual, legal and company requirements.
- Delivery of asset management, maintenance and facilities management services to eight schools and a car park with the greater Perth region.
- Ensure that a high quality of service is provided to the facilities within contractual key performance indicator targets.
- Requires effective management of risks associated with contract deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction in the confines of a commercial framework.
- Responsible for safety, quality, financial and operational management, profitability, and sustained business momentum.
- Growing the capability of the workforce and ensuring that the team is skilled and competent to deliver long-term successful outcomes for the client/s and community in which it serves.
What you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline. Ideally, a degree in Business, Commerce or similar.
- Proven experience in a leadership role of a large services organisation.
- Experience within a similar role providing financial / budget management within Facilities Management.
- Strong development of senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work with Government departments and outsource contracting.
- Demonstrated management experience within a collaborative working environment, delivering the required outcomes against a performance-based contract with agreed key performance indicators.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships with major subcontractors and suppliers.
