About this role
LenelS2 has an opportunity for a Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Program Manager to join the team. This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate can be based out of Pittsford NY, or Salem OR.
The Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Program Manager is an individual contributor who will be responsible for the vendor management processes and audits; be the point of contact with vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers; facilitate collaborative relationships, coordinate with key stakeholders (internal and external) to identify address, and resolve problems or operational inefficiencies in conjunction with the supplier quality engineer.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the performance of vendors, suppliers, and contract manufacturers
- Act as Account Manager for key vendors, suppliers, or contract manufacturers
- Establish contracts and agreements in support of business Supply Chain continuity
- Negotiate pricing and deliver cost savings/reduction year-over-year
- Monitor and manage all consignment equipment/tooling/inventory
- Audit vendors, suppliers, or contract manufacturers per agreed routine cadence
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years plus of experience in Supply Chain, operations, or project management
- Travel local and international up to 25%
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, business or engineering
- Master's degree
- Project Management skills

Pay Range: $74,181 - $130,206 Annually
