As a Flinders Port Holdings Graduate, our 24-month Graduate Program offers a comprehensive approach to developing your technical, personal and professional skills. Through personalised coaching, and on-the-job learning, you'll embark on a journey that sets the course for your career growth. From day one, you'll be guided through various aspects of our business by experienced mentors who will provide invaluable insights and support to shape your career. 

Here's what you can look forward to as a Flinders Port Holdings Graduate: 

• Experience rotations every 6 months, keeping things fresh and exciting;

Your skills and experience will include;

• You are currently studying (final year), or have recently completed studying a Bachelor or Masters of Business, Commerce, Logistics or other relevant degree;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; and 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
