Nanak Luxury Homes is Sydney's fast-growing construction company.
Due to growth a contract administrator is required to join their construction management team on the Sydney. You will assist the director with a wide variety of duties from material procurement, gathering quotes, invoices control, filling out sub-contracts, approving payments etc.
You will also need to ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the agreed company standards and quality with strict compliance with OH&S requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Gathering quotes
- Material procurement
- Invoices control
- Filling out sub-contracts,
- Approving payments etc.
- Work on multiple projects at a time.
- Communicate effectively with clients, trades and office staff
Thorough understanding scope of works, engineering specifications and drawings
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Be able to work unsupervised.
As a Contract Administrator, you will require:
- Preferably Degree qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- Proven experience working as a Contracts Administrator.
- Knowledge of the construction market suppliers.
