About the project / role
Located in Helensvale, Gold Coast. Construction of 17 independent retirement living units, maintenance shed and carpark. Project commencement in July 2024. The role is for a 12-month contract, with possibility of extension. Will be based on site in Helensvale.

Role Responsibilities
- Preparation of subcontract packages and scopes.
- Procurement and negotiation processes.
- Use prior experience and network to ensure best cost outcomes for the project.
- Review, negotiate and manage time and cost variations.
- Manage progress claims.
- Manage contract documentation and scope compliance, including change management or disputes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Self-sufficient ability to carry out role responsibilities.
- Minimum 3 years prior experience as a Contracts Administrator.
- Knowledge and experience in Gold Coast Construction market.
- Integrity.
- Excellent Communication and attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new processes or software.
- Prior experience with Jonas Premier Construction Software advantageous.
