Company:Our Client is a privately owned construction, refurbishment and interiors company serving a diverse range of clients across Australia. The projects that are involved with include commercial, retail, government, education, aged care, residential and industrial up to $70m in value for both private and public sector.
They operate throughout NSW with well established offices in Newcastle, Sydney and Wollongong each with a solid work pipeline.
We are now looking for a suitably experienced contract administrator to join the Sydney office and be part of a new team.
Skills and Experience
To be shortlisted for this opportunity you will be a contract administrator who has worked for a similar sized business and have experience of:
- Preparation of estimates, quotes, and tender submissions with accuracy
- Contract tender project management
- On-site inspections and meetings
- Good knowledge of the local subcontractors
- Completion of Project documentation
- Accurately recording, updating and approving documents
- Working as part of a team to ensure projects are completed successfully
- You will have a Construction Management degree or equivalent
- Be a solid team player
- Be able to develop positive relationship internally and externally
- Experience of using Cheops, Procure, Hammertech or similar
- Diverse projects throughout NSW
- Well established and financially stable
- Be part of a new team
