About The Project:
John Holland is GoldlinQ's nominated design and construction contractor for GCLR3, to extend the existing light rail network by 6.7kms from Broadbeach to Burleigh Heads, including eight new light rail stations, two new light rail-bus connections, and intersection upgrades along the alignment.
Your Role:
The John Holland Gold Coast Light Rail is currently sourcing a Contract Administrator to join the commercial team based on site in Broadbeach. Reporting to a Commercial Lead, this role will be accountable for the following:
- Contract interpretation and the drafting of correspondence
- Claim assessments and the identification of potential claims
- Monitoring the Contractor's notifications, correspondence and site-related notices as specified in the Contract
- Reviewing the Contractor's daily, weekly and monthly reports and escalating any missing information, inconsistencies or positioning for claims
- Collating information for the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the Project
- Attend meetings with contractors and other third parties as required
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years in project contract administration
- The ability to work in a team and support the broader team objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication
