The Role
As part of continued growth they are now seeking to appoint a Contracts Administrator to join the team, supporting a PM and high calibre site management team. Your core skills and experience will include:

• Assisting in Value Management/Engineering
• Undertaking job costing and setup
• Budgeting and cost control
• Vetting and letting of contracts
• Processing RFI’s & EOT’s
• Liaison with Clients, Architects, Engineers & Regulatory Authorities
• Assisting with defecting, PC and handover to tenants.

A salary package in the $110k - $150k range is available dependent on experience.
