Contracts Administrator - Commercial Builder - To $150K Package

A Contracts Administrator is sought by a Tier 3 Builder, to work on a $10 million industrial construction project commencing in May.

The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 3 Builder on commercial, industrial and retail  construction projects from $5 million to $30 million
• Working on a $10 million industrial construction project, due to commence in May
• $120K - 150k package
• Reporting to a Project Manager 
• Career progression into project management offered
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Inner City Sydney office based

The Company:

• An established Tier 3 Builder
• T/0 $50 million
• Reporting to an office based Project Manager
• Focus on industrial construction projects in the $5 - 30 million range
• Established client base
• Modern offices, excellent transport links

You will have:

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous contracts administration experience with Tier 2 or 3 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• 3 years minimum post graduate experience sought with a Commercial  Builder
• Jobpac and Procure experience preferred, but training offered
• Experience on construction projects over $5 million
• A steady career history and proven contracts administration skills
• Experience with scope of works and authority to let
