Role Responsibilities:
- Develop subcontractor procurement schedules, scopes, lettings, and packages
- Exhibit strong procurement skills
- Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts
- Oversee and monitor project expenditure, including subcontractor claims
- Provide assistance with progress claims and external variations
- Manage the administration of RFIs to both internal and external stakeholders
Role Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3+ years' experience in medium to large-scale Commercial and/or Residential (Apartment) new build and/or fit-out/refurbishment projects
- Hold relevant qualifications in construction management
- Demonstrate experience working on projects valued approximately between $5Mil - $20Mil+
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Communicate effectively, both in written and verbal forms
- Possess experience in dealing with suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contract agreements
