We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join one of the most prestigious high-End Residential Builders in Sydney. Focusing on architecturally designed home projects up to $20M in the Eastern suburbs & Northern beaches of Sydney.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects, upholding the highest standards of quality. Contract Administrators are office based, you will support the Site Managers & Projects team with all financial and contractual aspects of the projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review, negotiate, and administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Managing variations & disputes as they arise.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ordering of materials
- Provide project scheduling, forecasts
- Issue progress claims
- Project cost analysis
- 3+ years of Contract Administrator experience in newly built residential or commercial projects ranging from $2M to $20M
- Proficient in pricing and dealing with BOQs to Scope of Works
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Project and Excel & Procore is similar programs.
- Demonstrated high levels of motivation and a genuine interest in the construction field.
- Outstanding communication, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong managerial, organisational, and communication skills
