We're currently on the lookout for a dynamic Contracts Administrator / Procurement Coordinator – Major Capital Projects to join our growing team. As part of our transformation, you will assist the Procurement and Design & Project Management team in the procurement and supplier risk management for our strategic capital improvement projects. You'll be instrumental in the preparation of consultancy and construction work tenders, provide support with tender evaluation, contract preparation and administration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Preparation and collection of tender documentations with the Design and Project Management team
- Preparation of evaluation matrices (Technical and Commercial) based on each scope and criteria
- Provide reporting on the status of all contracts within the function
- Implement agreed controls for tendering and all procurement policies and procedures
- Writing reports detailing progress for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the wider Procurement team and internal business units to identify and track supplier due diligence requirements.
- Ensure that supplier risk assessments are undertaken during Supplier Onboarding
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation and policies and procedures in relation to Responsible Service of Gaming (including training), and the Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, engineering, project management and/or relevant field.
- Experience in procurement and/or tendering experience
- Prior experience within the construction industry, preferably with experience in retail, integrated resorts and/or casino operations.
- Administering the commercial aspects of large projects.
- Able to deliver projects within strict deadlines.
- Planning, Organisational and report writing skills
- Demonstrated experiencing in working within complex stakeholder engagements and effective relationship building.
