Our client is a Multi Disciplinary Commercial Builder specialising in Government, Industrial, Medical and Technical Builds among others - with projects up to $200 Million. new build and some complex refurbishment. They've been providing Commercial Building services across Several states of Australia for decades.

ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Administrator and Contracts Administrator with minimum 5 years experience for the senior role. They've recently secured multiple new projects and the pipeline for the next 2 years minimum looks extremely healthy. 

The role will be based in Central Sydney – A very commutable location

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years experience working as Contracts administrator in a reputable commercial builder on projects from $50 Million plus
• A demonstrable ambition to grow as the company grows, a steady progression within your career is guaranteed.
• Experience across the full life cycle of delivery from Front end to handover
• Confident to mentor more junior commercial staff in your team
