Due to an upcoming large infrastructure project, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contracts Administrator on a contract basis to assist in completing the project on time and within budget.

Duties

• Oversee contract management, resource allocation, and subcontractors.

• Provide strategic guidance for quality contract administration.

• Manage procurement and implement effective contract strategies.

• Monitor and control project costs, participating in decision-making for changes.

• Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and comprehensive documentation.

• Maintain project records, including registers, EOT, RFI, and variations.

• Ensure a safe working environment through site-specific SWMS.

• Track and report project progress, fostering positive client and team relationships.

Skills & Experience

• Proven success as a Contracts Administrator in construction.

• Familiarity with industry specifications.

• Strong understanding and promotion of HSEQ procedures.

• Exceptional planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Project applications.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
