Contracts Administrator/Quantity Surveyor

John Holland are delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12.

The John Holland M7/M12 is currently sourcing a Contract Administrator to join the commercial team based on site in Sydney's South-West. Reporting to a Senior Contracts Administrator, this role will be accountable for the following:

• Preparation and submission of head contract progress claims
• Drafting and negotiation of subcontracts and subsequent administration
• Sourcing suppliers and preparation of subcontract and supplier packages
• Preparation of tenders and responses
• Project cost reporting and forecasting
• Actively engage with the construction teams to understand the delivery requirements and timings

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics or Quantity Surveying is essential.
• A minimum 3 years' experience in a Contracts Administration or equivalent.
• A collaborative and diligent attitude to project delivery to meet deadlines
• Experience in civil infrastructure is desirable
