We are seeking applications for a highly motivated and team-oriented Contracts Coordinator to join our Commercial team.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager your role is to work closely with our Operational teams to implement and administer all commercial agreements required across our Operational and Maintenance business.
Ideally, you will also have the following experience:
- Interpretation and application of contract administration instruments and agreements
- Tender negotiation, contract creation and monitoring including supplier management
- Preparation of contract strategy options with assessment of delivery risk
- Commercial and legal risk mitigation recommendations
- Management and delivery of multiple commercial agreements
- Construction rates-based, Operations & Maintenance contracts
Ideally, you will also have the following:
- Solid experience in a similar role for 5+ years
- Relevant contracts administration experience in an operational environment
- A desire for continuous learning and development in safety and environment laws, regulations, and standards
- Relevant university qualifications and experience in procurement
- Previous experience with SAP.
