We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and support the delivery of a project in the Northern Territory on a 2:1 FIFO roster. Flights, accommodation, and transport to the site each day will be provided.
THE ROLE: In this role you will uphold and improve the overall quality of the document controls in our Mining Division, which includes: Effective management of subcontract and supplier contracts. Negotiation of subcontract and supplier contracts within budgets. Preparing Subcontract and Supply Agreements that comply with the company's commercial standards and best practices Understanding of project management and the project lifecycle (from tender to completion) Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and company policies Maintain and provide timely and accurate reports to the project team and senior management…
