With significant projects underway, we invite applications for the position of permanent full-time Contracts Manager. This role involves managing existing large contracts and enhancing frameworks to achieve Best in Class Contract Management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee ongoing contract management activities, including power purchase, network maintenance, diesel, gas transport, facilities, and fleet maintenance contracts.
• Implement risk management processes to minimise the impact of unforeseen issues within the contract management lifecycle.
• Provide timely reporting on supplier performance, developing and improving reporting frameworks.
• Conduct all delegated contract management activities in accordance with the Procurement Policy.
• Develop and implement plans to resolve contractual disputes, utilising high-level negotiation skills with commercially viable outcomes.
• Engage, inform, and influence internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Commerce, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Extensive mid to senior-level experience in a commercial environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced contract negotiations and management.
• Proven ability to interpret legislation related to contract law.
• Strong technical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with effective influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, collaborate within a team, and follow instructions with precision.
