Our client is a leading international provider of safety and medical equipment and is seeking a talented and competent Contracts & Tenders Coordinator to join their team in supporting both the Australian and New Zealand teams.
The Role:
The Contracts & Tenders Coordinator role will keep you busy, challenged, learning, and contributing! You will report directly to the Business Support Manager (fabulous mentoring) and provide administrative support to the business by coordinating Safety contracts, Tenders, and compliance requirements. This includes responding to customer queries, providing compliance documentation, supporting customers, coordinating meetings and managing multiple projects at once!
A Summary of responsibilities:
Compliance
- Manage contractor / supplier portal compliance tasks - including keeping insurance and EHS documents updated
- Contractual terms and commercial process administration
- Lead Annual contracts review process
- Support sales teams with information gathering
- Assist with meetings and the development of bid and tender responses
- Oversee the final proposal submission/upload process and record receipts
- Maintain win/loss data and access/report on trends
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to compile the relevant information to
- Ideally some business studies or strong administrative/coordination experience
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and be organised
- Professional oral & written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft applications (Excel Advanced) skills
- Experience in bid and tender coordination and management would be advantageous but not necessary
- Experience working with document management systems
- Experience with and management of online portals and panels would be advantageous but not necessary
- A desire to really learn and understand the business.
- Have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a sense of humour!
