We have a brand-new opportunity for a Tender Coordinator to join our super friendly Sales Administration team in our head office at Clayton North
About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager , this role will support the sales team with administrative work related to the tendering process including
- preparing tender paperwork , usually there are multiple at the same time
- ensuring accuracy of prices and product specifications on tenders
- follow through from tender initiation to submission
- coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the process is smooth and seamless
- preparing tender updates/ reports to share with the manager and the sales teams
What We're looking for:
- Proven experience working in Tender/Contract administration role
- Ability to work without supervision
- Eye for accuracy and ability to meet tight timelines
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
