Position Summary: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Tender Coordinator will take ownership of a pivotal role in a future-focused team that provides exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the EstimateOne and BCI tender platforms and update Atlas CRM with project details.
- Downloading and reviewing tender information, noting relevant details for Estimating team, and ensuring timely action on addendums.
- Maintaining the National Tender Schedule and builder database in Atlas.
- Supporting sales administration tasks and following up on projects through to builder appointment.
- Ensuring accurate and timely project information dissemination.
Key Requirements:
- Uncompromising attention to detail, excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Experience in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable.
