About the Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Experienced Control Room Operator to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our Education sector sites in the Eastern suburbs.
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
- Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs
- Monitoring of CCTV
- Management of phone systems
Rostered Hours
12hrs rotational roster. 2 weeks days/2 weeks nights

- Current Security License
- Control Room License – Necessary
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
