About the role:
The successful candidates will find themselves in a state of the art Control Room in a key position located in our head office in Port Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor screens and CCTV to ensure the safety of all personnel
- Respond to critical incidents and simultaneously prepare written reports
- Monitor and respond to internal and external alarms
- Answering Parking intercom Calls
- Interact with key managers including emergency services, client representatives and security officers via phone, radio and intercom systems.
- Take control in day-to-day operation across the business from the Control Room.
- Provide remote access to buildings via building access control systems
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answering phone enquiry for all sectors of the business.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- High level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Access Control systems)
- Good typing skills
- Reactive and quick thinker and the ability to show initiative
- Physically fit to conduct foot patrols
- A sharp eye for detail
