AddressConveyancer (Temporary)
Seeking a Conveyancer for a fixed-term period of two weeks from July 12, 2024 to July 25, 2024, inclusive.

- Up to $40 per Hour + Superannuation
The Firm:
A small legal firm providing legal services to families, businesses and individuals in the inner-Northern suburbs of Melbourne for over 35 years.
About the Role:
Full carriage of files - end to end residential conveyancing.
In this role you will:
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage conveyancing files from start to finish.
- Complete searches.
- Apply for certificates.
- Complete VOIs.
- Draft and review contracts, S32s, transfers, S27s, statement of adjustments, settlement statements etc.
- Draft correspondence necessary to finalise matters.
- Complete Duties Online form and GST forms.
- Arrange and attend settlements via PEXA, generate PEXA workspaces.
- Final reporting to client, settlement statement and close file.
About You:
- You MUST have previous experience in a law firm or a conveyancing practice.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient using Leap software, Pexa, Duties Online.
- Detail oriented.
