Legal Receptionist/ConveyancerWhether you are experienced or looking for an opportunity to start your legal administration/conveyancing career and want to work in a friendly and supportive environment - this may be the job for you. Full on-the-job training provided.
Responsibilities- Liaising with clients, solicitors, conveyancers and third parties
- Assisting with scheduling, emails and file management
- Assisting with the preparation of Wills & Power of Attorney documents
- Assisting in applications for Probate and Letters of Administration
- Preparation of real estate contracts and Vendor Statements; leases and property transfers
- Management of Safe Custody register
- Assisting with Trust account management; invoicing; and general office administration
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Professional and friendly manner
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Personal drive, integrity and honesty
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
Hour's negotiable up to full time.
Salary will be commensurate with age and experience as per the Legal Services Award 2020.
