Our client is a well-known boutique law firm seeking an experienced conveyancer to assist their team on a temporary basis from the 22 April to 20 May 2024. This firm are located in the eastern suburbs.
The Role
This role will require someone who has knowledge of property law legislation and procedures, and you will be confident managing residential and commercial files in an end-to-end capacity.
Your duties will include:
- Reviewing and issuing contracts and lease agreements;
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders;
- Researching, sourcing, and interpreting relevant legislation;
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence and
- General file management and administration.
About You
To be successful in this role you must have:
- At least 3 years' experience working as a conveyancer in a professional service environment;
- Experience with and a good working knowledge of PEXA and Duties Online;
- Strong attention to detail and
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
