About the role

Facilitate innovation across our global portfolio through the use of consumer led analytics and insights. In this unique role, you will support all areas of the business to embed a culture where our people are living and breathing our consumer first strategy.

• Support, analyse, report and embed the global brand tracking across all TWE divisions
• Support strategic research and innovation projects to unlock future growth opportunities
• Work closely with the divisional teams to rollout, embed our global U&A
• Support with leading the development of plan to step change the approach to Insight generation and Consumer understanding at TWE
• Lead the development of a proactive working relationship with the data team to ensure effective use of data, tech, and tools (ie: GenAI) is consistently and repeatedly underpinning insight development and generation

About you

You are an engaging and passionate professional who thrives using data and consumer insights to drive effective and meaningful change. You are an exceptional communicator with strong negotiating and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated experience using GenAI platforms and CANTAR platforms
• Previous experience working within FMCG environments
• Strong understanding of insights and a proven track record of embedding insights and analytics into a business
• High levels of organizational skills, with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment
