The Coordinator, Archival Collection Development coordinates and responds to offers across all archival formats, to identify potential acquisitions, to make recommendations, to negotiate rights and access, and to liaise and develop relationships and approaches for building and stewarding the State Library collections.

- Applicants will be required to undergo the appropriate and relevant Employment Screening Assessment(s) required for this role in line with the DPC Employment Screening Policy. This role requires:
- Working with Children Check (required for all roles)
- National Police Check (required for all roles)
- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- A current SA driver's license is required.
Essential Conditions:
- Degree in Library and Information Management or Archives Administration, or a degree majoring in history, politics, anthropology, law or commerce, or another degree and eligible for professional membership of the Australian Society of Archivists OR Eligible for Professional Membership of the Australian Library and Information Association.
