Senior HSE Coordinator

• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance.
• Mentor and guide site crews to uphold the utmost levels of health and safety on all project sites.
• Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Lead investigations, risk assessments, and incident reporting processes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
• Support external audit processes to maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), highly desirable.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an HSE Coordinator/Advisor in Tier 1 or 2 civil construction/infrastructure projects.
• ICAM Lead Investigator accreditation, highly desirable.
• Genuine passion for promoting and maintaining site health and safety.
• Proven experience working on major civil or road projects is essential.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
