The Sustainability & Community Engagement Department combine a number of teams supporting Rabobank's business objectives in leveraging client participation through our 11 Client Councils and the integration of Rabobank's strategic value of sustainable development.
Client Councils within Rabobank have an essential role in relation to our co-operative history and values. We leverage the feedback from our clients to become a better bank. The Client Council network is the voice of the customer and we provide an opportunity to clients to give us feedback on strategy, products and services. In addition our clients share valuable information in relation to the most material matters in the industry and community.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the Client Council Manager on continuously improving of the Client Council framework
- Report on Client Council data with the use of systems such as EventsAir and PowerBI
- Support the Client Council Manager in the preparation and follow-up of Client Council meetings
- Communication and promotion (internal and external) of Client Council related items, liaising with the Marketing and Communications departments
- Provide administrative support to the Sustainability and Community Engagement team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
