Coordinator Fleet Business Delivery
About the team
The team sits within Fleet Strategy and improvement which has the responsibility for planning for future fleet requirements, conducting replacement demand analysis and defining replacement policies to inform fleet procurement.
About your new role
We're seeking someone to coordinate and lead our IVMS and Carpool teams and warranting the management and optimisation of Fleet systems and processes. The position will liaise closely with the Senior leadership Team, all internal customers of Fleet and external suppliers.
Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Management and optimisation of Fleet systems and processes
- Delivering on KPIs set by the Senior Leadership Team
- Ensuring all Operations under Fleet business adhere to a high level of WH&S and identifying and implementing improvements
- Responsibility for the maintenance and continuous improvement of policies including associated procedures and processes pertaining to the business unit
- Ensuring the services and functions under Fleet Strategy and Improvement are run efficiently and provide value for money
- Technical reporting on the efficiencies of the projects under the scope of Fleet Strategy and Improvement
- Contract management review and specification development
- Assisting Senior Leadership with business planning, strategy and support functions.
- Customer communications including relevant partnering agreements

We're looking for people who have:
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated business acumen
- Concise communication skills and strong skills in Microsoft Suite and SAP
- The ability to manage change and presentdirection clearly and effectively
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business or related discipline or extensive experience in leading teams and organisational business optimisation
- Extensive knowledge and experience in producing and reviewing policies and procedures
- Experience within a logistics, fleet or asset management environment would be advantageous
