About the role
As the Coordinator, Health & Safety you will provide technical, administrative and functional assistance within the Health, Safety & Environment team as well as the wider organisation. You’ll support the safe working conditions across all ACM venues conducting inspections, audits and all associated reporting, and you will coordinate WorkCover claims and Return to Work processes. This is a unique opportunity to apply your workplace health and safety experience and knowledge in a performing arts and entertainment venue.
Part time, ongoing position. Band 3.3 $89,265.00 pro rata plus superannuation.
About You (Key Criteria)
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Health Science, with a minimum of a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (essential)
- Return to Work Coordinator Qualification (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in a health and safety administrative role
- A solid understanding of Workplace Health and Safety regulations and legislation
- Experience with WorkCover and Return to Work processes
- High level of attention to detail, initiative and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks in an environment of tight deadlines and rapid change

The Health, Safety and Environment Team is part of the Facilities Management Services business unit within the Operations pillar. This team works across all sectors of the business and provides support including OHS management, Injury Management including all functions of WorkCover Administration and responsibilities across Wellbeing.
