As a Coordinator, International Student Experience, you will:
Coordinate a range of international engagement, mobility, and recruitment activities for the Faculty, including program design, budget and logistics management, risk assessment, and evaluation, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for participants
Utilise knowledge of events management and student lifecycles to effectively plan and prioritise workload. Manage projects with conflicting deadlines by planning and forecasting to ensure all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and issues are resolved as they arise
Plan and implement comprehensive communication strategies, crafting compelling marketing and promotional materials tailored to engage and inform students and partners about upcoming events, activities, and programs. Consider and embrace the diversity within target audiences, ensuring messaging resonates effectively across varied cultural backgrounds and preferences
Analyse and assess the success of programs and activities by distilling core issues, simplifying complex data and information into concise terms and processes. Effectively communicate these insights to others to influence decisions and make recommendations for areas of improvement
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence by proactively engaging with stakeholders to clarify information, ensuring a shared understanding of goals and fostering effective communication in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
To be successful, you’ll have:
A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields
Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
Proven experience in communications, marketing, events management, or a related field
Experience and knowledge in coordinating international mobility, internship, or study tour programs
Familiarity with international education trends and a passion for enhancing the global Student Experience
