The Role
As the Coordinator IT Services, you will lead a team of Service and Infrastructure specialists in daily operations focusing on contemporary service management practices and promoting a customer centric, first call resolution approach. Additionally, you will support the IT Unit and the City through the development and delivery of strategic continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure and technologies that enables solutions to be ‘always available, anywhere, anytime’.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant qualifications and experience in IT service and/or IT infrastructure and networking management with experience in the optimisation and continuous improvement of infrastructure and technology. You will be a proven leader with strong leadership capabilities that will motivate and inspire the team of 7 employees. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills, together with a customer service focus are essential.
A satisfactory police check is required for this position.
