Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be:
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage service requests.
Managing schedules for a team of technicians and handling escalations from customers.
Providing level 1 & 2 IT support when required to help with overflow.
Receiving, triaging and assigning all onsite requests and tasks.
Assisting Project Engineers with scheduling and communicating plans with customers.
Conduct regular Service Assurance meetings with partner and client counterparts throughout the service delivery lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience in providing level 1 & 2 IT support.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills and an ability to gather support for service management initiatives.
Proven experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange and Network troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Prior experience working within Managed Service Provider, Education, Healthcare or Aged Care organisations is beneficial.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA certifications are beneficial.
Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
