SalaryAs the Coordinator of St. Brendan's Out of School Hours Care (OSHC), our commitment is to support families and engage with the broader community by offering care services for school-aged children before and after school. At St. Brendan's OSHC, our focus is on implementing a play-based learning program that encourages children to actively participate. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks.
- Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.

- Forge a collaborative Partnership with the Archdiocesan of Brisbane for Graduate Internships and Brisbane Catholic Education, enabling participation in their Graduate Program.
- Participate in Leadership Days and attend Service Leader lunches alongside the leadership team.
- Gain practical hands-on experience while studying your bachelor’s degree. There are 8 areas of study that are approved as relevant qualifications for working with school-age children, for example early childhood education and care qualification, behavioural science, community services, creative arts/ fine arts/ drama or music, nursing/ physiotherapy/ occupational therapy/ diversional therapy or speech pathology, primary/ secondary or special education, sport and recreation and human welfare studies and services.
