The role of the Coordinator, TAFE Disability Transition Program is to oversee and support the Manager, Wellbeing & Inclusion in the coordination of the Victorian TAFE Network related to the State Government (DJSIR) Disability Transition Support Officer initiative. This initiative aims to deliver specialised and intensive support to secondary school students transitioning to TAFE.Additionally, the Coordinator, TAFE Disability Transition Program will provide administrative support to the Gordon’s Disability Inclusion team. Exceptional administrative and high-level stakeholder management skills will be essential to the success of this position.
