In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver a new Talent Acquisition function for the North Metropolitan Health Service.
This is a vacancy for Fixed Term Full-Time appointment for up to 12 months with the possibility of extension(s) and / or permanency.

About the role
The Coordinator Talent Acquisition consults and drives strategic partnerships with NMHS leaders, the NMHS Human Resource (HR) team, and Health Support Services (HSS) to foster a sustainable workforce through the support of talent decisions and approaches, enabling NMHS to fulfill its strategic objectives. As Coordinator Talent Acquisition, you will build and lead high volume end-to-end recruitment, work strategically with stakeholders and be responsible for robust candidate sourcing and management.
In this role, you will supervise a small team of HR Project Officers. Please see the job description form (JDF) attached for further information about the role. This role reports to the Manager HR Business Partner.
