• Full Recruitment Cycle: Managing the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to CV review, shortlisting, phone screening, and onboarding.
• Job Descriptions: Creating compelling and engaging job descriptions that attract top talent.
• Targeted Talent Acquisition: Utilizing your research skills to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Candidate Communication: Maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Competitor Research: Staying informed about competitor Talent Acquisition strategies and market trends.
• External Communication: Managing recruitment agency and labour hire agency relationships.
• Social Media: Leveraging social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
