- Job Descriptions: Creating compelling and engaging job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Targeted Talent Acquisition: Utilizing your research skills to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Communication: Maintaining clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Competitor Research: Staying informed about competitor Talent Acquisition strategies and market trends.
- External Communication: Managing recruitment agency and labour hire agency relationships.
- Social Media: Leveraging social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
