Job description:

The role

Reporting to the Principal - Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for providing coordination and support throughout the recruitment process to facilitate an enhanced candidate experience and provide support to hiring managers.

Key deliverables include: 

  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process within SuccessFactors including drafting and posting job advertisements; evaluating, shortlisting, and screening candidates; coordinating interviews; and conducting reference checks.

  • Providing support throughout the interview process including drafting and updating interview manuals and assisting with coaching managers on best interview practices.

  • Assisting managers to understand the recruitment process and providing support and accurate information in relation to recruitment queries.

  • Utilising SuccessFactors reporting functionality to assist with recruitment activity reporting and analytics.

  • Sourcing candidates proactively through various avenues.

  • Assisting with the coordination of CBH attendance at various events, such as career fairs and university open days.

  • Assisting with the coordination of the CBH intern program.

  • Supporting the annual harvest recruitment process.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role.

  • Understanding of best practice recruitment processes.

  • High level of competence with the Microsoft suite.

  • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work autonomously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster working relationships.

  • Experience using SuccessFactors Recruiting or a similar candidate management system (desirable but not essential).

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable but not essential).
