We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mobilisation Coordinator on an 18-month contract.
This role is based at our brand-new state-of-the-art South Metro Depot in Forrestdale, conveniently located next to Tonkin Highway. Spanning across 120,000 square meters, the depot offers an excellent on-site café, end of trip facilities including secure bicycle storage and freshening up rooms. About this role
As a Mobilisation Coordinator you will be required to efficiently coordinate and execute the end-to-end mobilisation process in support of Talent Acquisition activities including but not limited to;
- Liaising with external vendor to coordinate relocation activities – flights / accommodation.
- Coordinating transport and car hire.
- Tracking spend V budget – generating and keeping record of purchase orders, processing invoices and expenses as well as partnering with Finance to reconcile budget.
- Managing compliance of licenses, training records and qualifications where necessary.
- Providing support and guidance to Formal Leaders, internal/external candidates and vendors on Western Power’s mobilisation processes, policies, and procedures.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to resolve mobilisation challenges.
- Maintaining real time accuracy of systems and all trackers as well as filing all onboarding documentation.
- Engaging consistently throughout the mobilisation process with internal/external candidates ensuring a best-in-class candidate onboarding experience.
- Providing general administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition in a Coordinator capacity – as required.
About you
We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:
- Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics subjects
- Prior experience in providing administrative support to a busy Talent Acquisition / HR or related team is essential, preferably experience in executing complex mobilisation activities including visa and immigration activities.
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition / Mobilisation best practice methodologies
- Familiarisation of recruitment systems and reporting metrics
- MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- High energy, working with a sense of urgency and a high level of accuracy.
