We are on the hunt for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our supportive team. As a key member of our team, you will gain hands on experience within an internal talent function to implement, monitor and improve processes to facilitate a positive candidate experience, as well as use key sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search) to proactively source and connect with top talent in support of key operational areas of the business.
This role will suit someone with exceptional attention to detail as you will be issuing letters of employment from our HRIS (Workday) and managing the due diligence process (reference, qualification, police and medical checks) as well as regular compliance reporting.
In addition to supporting our high performing Talent Partners, this role has lots of interaction with senior leaders as well as potential employees who are also our members, so the ability to connect and communicate effectively in a timely manner will be key to success in this role.

You know what great customer service looks like - you have proven experience working with multiple stakeholders
Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment environment, either inhouse or within agency would be considered highly advantageous
Degree in Human Resource Management or similar would be advantageous, but not essential
Excellent IT skills and the ability to grasp new tech with ease.
