City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking a
Coordinator Training to join the Waste Services Business Unit in a diverse and challenging role.The
Coordinator Training is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and assessment programs to individuals & work groups within the Waste Services Business Unit.
You will be responsible for:- Managing and maintaining of the Training Needs Analysis.
- Managing onboarding of staff, oversight of the induction function and coordination of training programs.
- Ensuring delivery methods incorporate of both theory and practical based training styles.
- Developing training packages incorporating e-learning options and interactive teaching methods.
- Maintaining compliance by keeping abreast of industry standards and safety regulations.
