The HR Coordinator role will work closely with a small but progressive HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide on-the-ground support primarily in Sydney, with occasional responsibilities extending to the national team. This role covers all facets of HR including operations, processes, policies, recruitment, and grad programs. Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Providing advisory support and attending various meetings.
- Assisting with recruitment tasks such as reference checks and interviews.
- Supporting cyclical HR activities like performance reviews, remuneration reviews, and bonus reviews.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts including the Remuneration Manager, OD Manager, and Payroll team.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration, preferably within professional services, but other industries are also considered. You are confident, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ability to wear different hats and get involved in different areas of HR is crucial. This is a fast paced environment where you will be managing multiple tasks, so attention to detail and organisation is key.Perks
