We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Coordinator (Employee Services Analyst) to join our talented HR team at Danone. This is a full-time fixed term contact role for 6 months based in our Chatswood office in Sydney. The role’s main focus will be to support the DBS (Danone Business Service) Employee Services team towards process digitalisation, standardisation and automation. Plus, also providing high-quality Human Resources administrative and advisory support to different Business Units in Australia and New Zealand.Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Own the onboarding, offboarding and transfer admin activities, such as: system maintenance, documents, profile migration, personal document filing.
- Look after the personal, employment data change in HR system.
- Contract generation/variationContractor management
- Act in an advisory capacity within the HR function
- Tier1 support in Founda (Employee knowledge library and request management).
- Assist HR Business Partners in surveys and life cycle process reviews; result analysis and improvement deployment.
- Get involved in HR digitalisation roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in human resources.
- Prior HR related experience is preferred but not essential.
- Great communication – expresses ideas and advise clearly and effectively (both oral and written).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great planning and organising skills.
- Integrity – maintain and promote social, ethical and business ways of working and uphold confidentiality of employee data.
