Fixed-term position (until February 2025) based at Qantas Distribution Centre in Mascot

As a Uniforms Services Coordinator you will be responsible for the outfitting and distribution of uniforms, communicate Company grooming standards for Industrial, Freight, Engineers, Customer Contact Cabin and Ground Crew, Pilots, Lounges, Receptions and all uniformed personnel.
In this role, you will be responsible to maintain effective and efficient customer service through face to face contact and online queries of all uniformed front line and corporate staff. Ensuring the correct scale of issue and entitlement is maintained for individual ensuring the One for One, Fair Wear and Tear policy is adhered to. Communicate openly and honestly to resolve issues if they arise with processes between the service provider and Qantas Uniforms operation. In addition, assist managers and colleagues to ensure that all associated tasks and responsibilities comply and conform with relevant regulatory and quality requirements and Company policies and standards.
You’ll have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
Strong and proven customer service background with dedication to excellence
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and warmly with customers, staff and management both verbal and written
Excellent relationship building skills
Experience in retail or clothing industry would be preferred
