Job Description
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with our Executive Assistant Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, and Food & Beverage Manager, focusing on the seamless execution of Conferencing and Events across various spaces, including the Convention centre, Resort, and other venues. Your responsibilities will span guest relations, team supervision, financial management, equipment coordination, and ensuring top-notch food and beverage service. With a hands-on approach, you'll actively contribute to revenue growth, cost control, and overall customer satisfaction. From overseeing function setups to efficient inventory management, this role is dynamic and central to our guest experience. Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Hands on approach and always acting as a role model
- Ability to manage staff in several sections simultaneously and communicate clearly and concisely
- A solutions focused professional who continuously seeks learning and improvement
- Adaptable to changing situations while maintaining the highest quality of product and other established standards
- Ability to work with minimal external assistance
- True passion for events and an unrelenting drive to provide exceptional guest experiences.
