What’s involved:
In this role you will be responsible for the development and execution of written and visual quality content for all Brown Family Wine Group Brands. This includes the communication of brand stories and development of assets to support Digital, Brand and eCommerce objectives in alignment with the company's mission, vision and values.
Every day will be different, but some of your role responsibilities include:
- Development and execution of content strategies through the management, creation and curation of content for all digital channels, in line with business objectives.
- Management of online Image Library and key contact for all image requests within the business.
- Development and management of all content budgets, briefs and shoots.
- Regular analysis and reporting of content effectiveness.
- Participate proactively and professionally as a member of the Marketing team.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Degree of 5 years previous experience in one or more of the following - Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Journalism.
- Demonstrated expertise in copywriting and proofreading with the ability to create engaging and persuasive copy aimed at engaging target audiences by brand and encouraging conversion to purchase.
- An understanding of SEO best practices to optimise content for search engines.
- Knowledge in content development programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Canva.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude who works effectively both independently and within a team.
- Current Driver's License.

- Helping to launch our new Loyalty program.
- Migrating our email marketing platform and launching a new online Club.
- Attending and creating content at a range of trade dinners and consumer events - from winery festivals and Pinot Noir masterclasses to our dinner-series partnership with Club Sup.
- Writing copy for exciting new products, like our limited edition Prosecco and Moscato & Cienna 'Flavours.'
- Supporting our winery & guest services teams with behind-the-scenes content from events.
- Attending our annual sales & marketing conference.
- Attending our marketing team offsite.
- Managing and attending photoshoots for each of our brands.
