Job description:
About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a communications professional who can help to develop and deliver engagement plans and initiatives across all divisions of the CBH Group.
Working collaboratively with the Corporate Affairs Team and across the business, you will help to develop and deliver communications and marketing plans for established and expanding areas within CBH, and help shape and strengthen the way we engage with employees, growers, contractors, marketers and the general public.
No two days are the same in this dynamic environment where your projects can range from producing a marketing campaign to travelling regionally to produce a video to developing collateral for a corporate event.
Located at the CBH Head Office in Perth's CBD, this is permanent full-time role that will suit a communications professional looking to build their in-house communications and marketing experience and/or is interested in branching out into a different sector.
Collaborating with the Corporate Affairs Team and key internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for:
Developing and delivering communications and marketing initiatives to growers, employees and customers.
Developing engaging content for the website, intranet, presentations, speeches and other corporate communications channels.
Provide advice to senior leaders on effective communications on a range of matters including grower relations, media relations and employee engagement activities.
Support media relations and social media activities including preparing media statements and responses.
Provide support when required for other areas of the Corporate Affairs team, including the delivery of grower focused and corporate events.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A communications all-rounder with particular experience delivering digital and integrated marketing campaigns or initiatives that achieves results.
Excellent communication and writing skills in marketing and employee communications.
An ability to work collaboratively and establish effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
A degree in communications, marketing, journalism or similar with at least 5 years' experience in a related work environment.
Experience with the agricultural industry will be highly regarded.
