Position Overview:
On behalf of our well-known client, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 2-5 years (PQE) to join their esteemed team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and with notable clients across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, excellent drafting skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and commercial contract
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements
- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
- Managing and supporting transactional work from inception to completion
- Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of client service
- Mentoring and guiding junior associates as needed
- 2-5 years of PQE in corporate/commercial law.
- Strong academic background and a degree in law from a recognized institution
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
